        The question you may want to ask yourself (because of course you do not "have" to do anything) is whether you choose to promote an atmosphere of reason and logical thought (which can be introspective or done by only one person) in a calm and mild way, or if you currently feel your energy would be better suited to promoting debate in a more active but still courteous way (which is often a group effort).

          good point, i've also heard that people joining a cloister or whatever might take on a name which reflects what they personally need to work on....
          in any case...
          i'm gonna go with sister bootknife of mild reason
          i'm feeling mildly reasonable theese days...

    So, we're here. We're named. We're tired of what's happening to our country. What's the plan? How do we make sane voices heard on a national level? I'm not exactly a media personality, but it almost seems like regaining control of the media from the loud fanatics who are making real debate impossible is what's necessary.

      Very good point.

      We have a pretty good time comin up with fancy names for our superhero powers, but what are we gonna do with them? Hey, the Fantastic Four took on evil in the world, why shouldn't we?

      However, it doesn't make sense to fight fire with fire. That just creates more fire, eh? If we see fire, we want to fight it with water. So in looking at the state of affairs in our nation, seeing it as fire, What's water to that? Any thoughts?

        The first step for any terrorist organization is to make their demands known. So, everyone who has taken a name in our Jihad must vow to write at least one thoughtful letter to the editor each month (I can't make it any more frequent than that, because all we have out here is a weekly). Remember to be positive and don't sharpen your wits on the idiots to whom you are responding or who respond to you.
